Papaya Milk Jelly
1.
All materials (papaya, milk, gelatin powder, fine sugar)
2.
Add sugar and gelatin powder to the milk and let stand for a few minutes
3.
Cut off a small part of the top of the papaya (about an inch long, about the papaya seeds can be seen)
4.
Use a small spoon or a ball digger to hollow out the papaya flesh and black seeds (the papaya seeds have a bitter taste, so they must be scooped up to avoid affecting the taste)
5.
This is the hollowed out papaya (can be ignored and skipped for this walk)
6.
Heat the milk with gelatin powder and sugar ② on low heat until the two are completely melted and stir well
7.
Use kitchen paper to absorb bubbles on the surface of the milk liquid or filter it with a strainer
8.
Pour the cold milk jelly into the hollowed out papaya (before pouring, take a small bowl and fix the bottom of the papaya to stand firm 😜)
9.
Then cover the papaya that was previously cut out on top, fix it around with toothpicks, and put it in the refrigerator (at least 3 hours)
10.
After 3h, take it out of the refrigerator and cut into pieces.

Tips:
①It is best to buy papaya that is riper to be sweet. ②If you don’t like too sweet, you don’t need to add sugar to the milk
