Papaya Milk Jelly

Half a papaya, dig out the flesh with a spoon

Soak gelatine tablets in cold water to soften

Boil milk with sugar and gelatin flakes

Put the boiled milk into the papaya for a while. The papaya must remain stable and can be held in a small bowl
