Papaya Milk Jelly

3g of agar is prepared with water first, and it will be ready in about 1 hour.

Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes for later use.

Add milk to the milk pot and bring to a boil on low heat.

Pour the chopped diced papaya into the pot.

Papaya is very easy to boil soft, about 5 minutes is ready, add sugar and continue to boil.

Add the agar to the milk pan to prevent the paste pan from mixing differently.

When the agar is completely melted, put the cooked juice into your favorite container and put it in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified.

Tips:
Use low fire for all the process, otherwise it will be easy to throw the pot.
