Papaya Milk Jelly

Cut off a small part of the top of the papaya, then use a small spoon to gently hollow out the seeds in the middle,

Soak the isinglass powder in clear water; add milk and coconut milk to sugar and heat it over a low heat (don't need to boil, just warm it up); let cool and set aside.

Gently pour the milk and coconut milk into the papaya, cover the top lid, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill for three to four hours in the refrigerator (I made it at night so I left it overnight)

After the milk and coconut milk are completely set, take them out and cut them into small pieces.
