Papaya is known as the "longevity fruit" in China. As the name suggests, eating more can prolong your life. Papaya is rich in more than 17 kinds of amino acids, calcium, iron, etc. It also contains papain, papaya base, etc. Half a medium-sized papaya is enough for the vitamin C that adults need every day.

Papaya Milk Jelly

1. Put whipped cream, milk, sugar, gelatin powder in the container,

2. Because the weather is relatively hot, and the gelatine powder is easier to dissolve, I will melt it in water here. If you use gelatine tablets, soak it with water in advance, and then melt it with a milk pot.

3. Use chopsticks to stir continuously until it is completely dissolved. If it is heated in a milk pan, let it cool for later use.

4. Cut the papaya. This papaya is relatively large. I cut it from the middle. If it’s smaller, you can cut it from one end, take out the seeds inside, and scrape the surface smoothly.

5. Pour the panna cotta liquid into the papaya,

6. Cover the top with plastic wrap and put it in a bowl underneath, so that it is relatively stable. Put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

7. Take it out and remove the plastic wrap, cut into small pieces you like and start eating.

8. Let's eat.

Tips:

For the beauty of the finished product, the inside of the papaya should be smoothed.
