Papaya Milk Pudding
1.
Wash the papaya and cut open the top to reveal the seeds. For the first time, I underestimated the thickness of the papaya meat, so I cut it twice ☺
2.
Take out the papaya seeds with a spoon, be sure to take them out. The papaya I bought was quite ripe and had some tendons, so I also removed it.
3.
Heat the milk with sugar, then add the pudding powder, stir evenly, reheat, do not boil, then put it warm and pour it into the papaya cup (forgot to take the picture in this step, hehe) papaya can be put in a bowl to increase stability.
4.
Cover the lid, wrap the cut with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for about an hour or two.
5.
After making it, cut the papaya and enjoy it. The milk pudding is sweet and soft in the mouth. The papaya does not lose its original taste. It is really suitable for all ages.
Tips:
What needs to be reminded is that when cutting is done, papaya and milk pudding are easy to separate, so you need to pay attention to it. It is recommended not to put sugar in the elderly
