Papaya Milk Stewed Eggs

Beat two eggs into the stewing pot

Disperse, filter out that layer of foam

Add two bowls of milk

Pour into the stewing pot and stir well.

Add 2 spoons of sugar. I basically add it according to the principle of one bowl and one spoonful of sugar. The taste is neither too sweet nor too weak.

After stirring, put on the steamer. Steam for about 12 minutes. Steam on small and medium fire.

Prepare the papaya while steaming.

After steaming, turn off the heat, open the lid, add the papaya, and simmer for three to five minutes before opening the lid to eat.
Tips:
Filtering the egg liquid will make it smoother and tender.
I steam it on a small and medium fire.
