Ingredients

Papaya Pudding

1. Ingredients: papaya, milk, granulated sugar, agar, ketchup, honey.

2. Peel and seed the papaya, cut into pieces and put the milk in a blender.

3. Stir it into puree.

4. Soak the agar with an appropriate amount of water to soften it.

5. Heat the milk with fine sugar on a low heat to about 80 degrees, stir to melt the sugar.

6. Put the soaked agar in and stir to melt.

7. Filter the papaya puree and pour it into the above mixture, stir evenly on low heat.

8. After putting it in the mold and letting it cool, put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

9. Boil honey and ketchup over low heat to form a viscous shape, and pour it on the pudding on the plate.
