Papaya Snow Fungus Stewed Milk
1.
Soak the snow fungus with clear water, tear off the small flowers (remove the pedicle and the yellow around it is the open part of the bubble);
2.
Peel the papaya and remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces; peel the almonds and soak slightly.
3.
Put the white fungus and almonds into the pot first, add the papaya to a boil over the fire, simmer for 20 minutes after boiling again, add rock sugar, and turn off the heat.
4.
Add milk after opening the lid for ten minutes. Keep it in the refrigerator for a period of time before eating, and the taste will be more crisp.
Tips:
The milk is added after opening the lid for a period of time to avoid loss of nutrients.
It tastes smoother when placed in the refrigerator.
