Papaya Stew with Milk

Raw materials are prepared.

Peel and seed the papaya and cut into small pieces.
3.
Add papaya-free water, boil on high heat and simmer on low heat.

Boil for about 20 minutes, add rock sugar.
5.
After the rock sugar is boiled, add milk.
6.
Cook until the beef blisters, and turn off the heat if it is not open.
7.
Fill the bowl and start eating.
Tips:
This milk stew can be eaten hot or cold. I prefer to eat it hot now, depending on my preference.
