Papaya Tortoise Jelly

The papaya is divided into two, and the seeds in the middle are digged out.

Mix 10g of Guiling paste powder with a little warm water to make a paste.

Pour 200 ml of water into the pot and bring it to a boil.

Pour in the tortoiseshell paste mixed in 2 and add sugar, and boil again.
5.
Strain the cooked liquid into the papaya and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.
6.
Slice it when you eat it (I cut it so thickly, the knife is not good ^_^), and just drizzle it with condensed milk.
