Papaya Wheat Germ Congee

Prepare ingredients: wheat germ, papaya;

Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, wash, and cut into pieces

Boil water, add papaya and cook;

Add wheat germ, mix well, close the lid and turn off the heat;

Open the lid, you can add a little sugar and mix well if you like sweet ones.
Tips:
1. Choose half yellow papaya;
2. When the papaya is cooked, turn off the heat when you put the wheat germ and mix it. I choose the wheat germ which is easy to ripen;
3. Only add sugar if you like to eat sweet, papaya itself has a sweet taste.
