Passion Fruit Cake Roll with A Small Refreshing Taste, I Fell in Love with It Just Once.
1.
Prepare the required materials.
2.
Separate the egg white and egg yolk first, and note that the plate must be oil-free and water-free. Otherwise it will affect the passing.
3.
Use a sieve to filter the passion fruit juice, pour it into the emulsified egg yolk and stir evenly. Sift in the arowana low-gluten wheat flour, and stir into a smooth, non-particle batter with an egg stroke. Be careful not to over-mix the gluten.
4.
The egg whites are added three times with fine sugar and beaten to a wet foaming state. Take one-third of the egg whites into the egg yolk batter, stir evenly and then pour it back into the egg whites. Turn the bowl and use a spatula to gently stir until there is no white lumps and smooth batter.
5.
Cover the 28*28 gold pan with tarp, pour the batter into the baking pan, smooth it with a scraper, and shake it lightly to produce large bubbles.
6.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, and bake the middle layer at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
7.
During baking, you can whip the cream first, stir it smoothly and put it in the refrigerator for later use.
8.
It's out of the oven, give the baking pan a little shake.
9.
Put an oily paper underneath and buckle it upside down, tear off the oily cloth while it is hot, and a nice towel noodle comes out. Recover the tarp to keep the humidity, and put it on the grill to cool.
10.
When there is a little residual temperature in the air, turn it over and make a diagonal cut at the top end. Then apply a thin layer of cream, and then put the cream in a piping bag and squeeze it in the third place. Use a spatula to trim the ridges. Set aside enough cream to decorate the cake roll.
11.
Roll it up with the help of a rolling pin.
12.
After the roll is finished, squeeze it with a steel ruler to shape it. Then wrap it and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
13.
Cut off the head and tail, and squeeze out the lines with the Santa Ana decorating mouth.
14.
Just decorate it at the end!

Hurry up and get started! Fresh and not greasy! Super loving.
Tips:
I used four golden passionfruits, which was just 40 juices. If you change to a regular one, I suggest adding 10g more sugar. Adjust it according to your actual situation. The filling cream is slightly hardened, and the reserved cream can be decorated by adding a few drops of cream and stirring smoothly.
The oven temperature is for reference only.
