Passion Fruit Drink

Wash the Vietnamese passion fruit and set aside.

Cut all the passion fruit and set aside.

Prepare a water-free and oil-free glass jar for use.

Pour all the rock sugar into the glass jar.

Scrape half and half of the passion fruit into the glass jar with a spoon.

5 catties of passion fruit are all shaved off.

Tighten the lid and put it in the refrigerator. The rock sugar and passion fruit are all fused in about 10 days.

Passion fruit and rock sugar will slowly fuse together, so that the original passion fruit liquid is ready, and after stirring it with a spoon each time, you can dig it out and mix with water.
