Passion Fruit Strawberry Jam

Add a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of salt to the strawberries and wash them.

Wash the strawberries and drain the water. The small ones are divided into two and the larger ones are divided into four. Marinate with sugar for half an hour.

Pickled strawberries, add rock sugar, and simmer on low heat.

When the strawberry overflows with a lot of juice, the strawberry is soft. Add the passion fruit pulp and cook together.

Stir with a spoon constantly during the cooking process to avoid sticking the pot. Cook until the jam is thick.

Boil the glass bottle in boiling water for five or six minutes, dry the water, pour the jam while it is hot, tighten the cap, and let it cool.
Tips:
You can put all white sugar, or all rock sugar, boil the rock sugar, the finished product will be more translucent and sticky!
Homemade jam does not contain preservatives, eat it as soon as possible! Avoid oil and water when eating!
