Passion Fruit Yogurt Panna Cotta

Add 2 teaspoons of boiling water to the gelatin and stir to dissolve, prepare 2 125ml pudding molds or cups for later use

Pour whipped cream and sugar into a milk pan, heat and stir on medium heat, and cook until it is about to boil and the sugar is melted.

Add gelatine solution and stir well, let cool for 10 minutes

Pour 90g yogurt and 2 teaspoons of passion fruit juice (preferably seedless) into a bowl and mix well

Add the mixture of step 2 and stir evenly, pour the pudding liquid into the prepared mold, and chill in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours to enjoy
