Put all the dough ingredients except butter in the bucket of the bread machine, put the liquid first, then the powder, and dig a small hole on the last surface to put the yeast powder. Do not let the yeast and sugar directly contact the salt, and start the kneading program .

Knead the dough in the bread machine, add butter when it relaxes for the first time, and continue kneading.

After the kneading process is over, take out the dough and knead it round.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, knead and relax for 15 minutes

Take a dough and roll it into an oval shape.

Roll it from one side to the other, and roll it into a long strip of about 23 cm. After a little reshaping, it will be rounded into a bagel shape.

Tips:

3. You can use white granulated sugar instead of brown sugar.
4. The long strip is not easy to be rubbed too long during plastic surgery. It is about 23 cm. I like the round feeling.
