Pasta in Memory-cornmeal Hair Cake

Put the flour, bean noodles, and corn noodles in the basin.

Pour the yeast, baking powder and water into the flour, stir to form a roux, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment. It takes about 1 hour to ferment to double the original size.

Put water in the steamer to boil, put the fermented batter into the steamer with the pot, and steam for 30 minutes.
