Pasta with Avocado

The fully ripe avocado is pressed into a puree after the flesh is taken.

Slice tomatoes (normal tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, millennials), and finely chop sausage or bacon.

The pasta was cooked and left aside in water according to the time on the package and the actual time. I cooked it for about 8 minutes.

Put a small amount of olive oil in the pot, add the chopped sausage and stir fry.

Add the tomatoes and sauté a few times.

Pour in the pasta and stir fry.

Add avocado puree, salt, cheese powder, and garlic powder and stir well.

Finally, drip an appropriate amount of lemon juice on a plate, and then grind a little black pepper.
