Pasta with Beef and Tomato Sauce

Beef minced into beef puree

Onion and garlic, cut into small cubes

In a frying pan, sauté the minced garlic and diced onion

Add beef mash and stir fry

Stir-fry until the color changes, add cooking wine and continue to stir-fry

Tips:
Saute the onion first, then add the pureed beef and stir-fry until it turns yellow and serve, then stir-fry the tomato sauce in a frying pan
