The high temperature these days I really don’t want to cook. I cooked the beef tomato sauce in the morning and ordered some pasta at noon. Just mix it!

Pasta with Beef and Tomato Sauce

1. Beef minced into beef puree

2. Onion and garlic, cut into small cubes

3. In a frying pan, sauté the minced garlic and diced onion

4. Add beef mash and stir fry

5. Stir-fry until the color changes, add cooking wine and continue to stir-fry

6. Stir-fry until the pureed beef is a little golden brown and serve

7. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, preferably peeled, I didn’t go

8. Put the tomato chunks in the frying pan

9. While frying, press it into a puree with a shovel, add some sugar

10. Add some chopped parsley

11. Add some thyme

12. Add some freshly ground black pepper and stir fry

13. Add some tomato sauce

14. Stir in the beef and onion and stir well

15. Add some salt to taste

16. Add some light soy sauce and stir-fry until it is beef tomato sauce

17. Boil water in a pot, add pasta, add some olive oil and salt and cook for 8 minutes

18. After the pasta is cooked, remove it, add some beef tomato sauce and mix well.

Tips:

Saute the onion first, then add the pureed beef and stir-fry until it turns yellow and serve, then stir-fry the tomato sauce in a frying pan
