Pasta with Black Pepper Sauce
1.
3 garlic cloves, 1/4 onion, cut into small pieces. Mine is probably the amount of a large plate of pasta. If there are more people, the dosage will be doubled!
2.
Cut tomatoes into small cubes.
3.
Cut carrots and cucumbers and set aside. I bought a knife specially, but it is not as good as the one in the kit. Because the curvature is smaller than in the kit. If the curvature is larger, the cut effect will be better.
4.
Appropriate amount of oil, sauté until the garlic particles turn yellow.
5.
Add diced tomatoes.
6.
When the diced tomatoes are fry until soft, add the tomato sauce. About two tablespoons. A moderate amount of ground black pepper. A moderate amount of salt. The amount depends on your own taste. When I make it for grandma, the amount of black pepper will be slightly less.
7.
Stir fry for a while and add water. The starch is melted with corn starch (potato starch can be used) and water, slowly adding it with one hand, and slowly rotating it in the pot with a spatula with the other hand. Until, it feels sticky.
8.
Probably like this. Like thick or thin, it depends on you like it!
9.
Finished black pepper sauce!
10.
The pasta is cooked and put on the plate. I fry the broccoli separately and put it on the plate directly. The carrots are slightly boiled and put on the plate together with the cucumber. An egg is fried and cut into strips. OK! Grandma, who was forced to wait, ate that egg. Ha ha!
Tips:
Cut the garlic and onion as small as possible.
