Basil: Also known as Lanxiang, Nine-storied Pagoda, and Perilla, they are common spices in Western and Thai cuisine. The green sauce boiled with basil leaves as the main ingredient is the perfect partner for pasta.

Ingredients

1. Sit in a pot of water to boil, put in the pasta, cook for about 9 minutes without hard cores, add cold water and drain the water, add 1 spoon of green sauce and stir well

2. Add small oily tomatoes (optional, see here for details), sprinkle with cheese, and finally sprinkle with fresh basil.
