Pasta with Honey Pineapple Sauce

1. First prepare the side dishes, dice the cucumber, radish kimchi, and pineapple

2. A part of the diced pineapple is squeezed, and 50ml is reserved for the sauce, and a part is reserved for later use

3. Put pineapple juice, white vinegar, honey, and egg yolk in a blender and mix well, pour in olive oil and beat until thick, then season with salt and pepper

4. Boil the soup pot with water and open it with a little salt. The pasta is cooked and picked up, put on a plate and drizzled with the sauce. Put cucumber diced, pineapple diced and kimchi on it.

Tips:

1. The sauce should be slightly salty so that the noodles taste just right
2. If there is no olive oil, it can be replaced with non-savoury vegetable oil.
