Pasta with Minced Meat and Kimchi

Prepare the materials.

Put water in the pot and boil, add some salt, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes; (cook according to the time indicated, do not cover).

Add olive oil to the cooked pasta, mix well and set aside.

Add some cooking wine and vinegar to the minced meat and mix well; chop the spicy cabbage.

Mince garlic; cut green onion into sections.

Add the green onion and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Adding a little vinegar to the minced meat will not form a lump when it is fried.
