Pasta with Pine Nuts and Basil

Chop garlic, chop basil, and grind together with pine nuts and cheese in a blender. Add olive oil and continue to stir, then put it in another container when finished.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, then add the pasta, remove and drain after cooking, add a little olive oil and stir to prevent sticking.

Stir the cooked green sauce and pasta evenly, and finally decorate with fresh basil, sprinkle with cheese and a little extra virgin olive oil.
