Pat Cucumber

Cut the cucumber in half and pat a few times with the back of a knife to make the cucumber softer.

Place the patted cucumber on a plate, pour in half a spoon of hot sauce, 1 spoon of white vinegar, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, and mix well
Tips:
Cucumber is more refreshing when refrigerated. I personally feel that white vinegar has a better taste than rose vinegar, but it is more sour and needs to be used less.
