Pea Cake

Soak the peas 12 hours in advance;

Pour in water and cook on high heat for 30 minutes;
3.
Mash the cooked peas in a sand bowl;
4.
Press the peas with a spoon and sift;
5.
Heat the pan and pour the mashed peas;
6.
Add sugar;
7.
Stir-fry until mashed peas, not easy to scratch;
8.
Pour into the fresh-keeping box and refrigerate for 5 hours;
9.
Take out the pea cake and cut into pieces.
