Pea Corn Shake

Peas and corn are cooked and drained. Take 50 grams of each and let cool for later use.

Put cooked peas and cooked corn in the blender.

Add milk.

Stir evenly, it takes about one minute.

Pour into the container. (If you want a more delicate taste, you can filter it, but I still like a little scum because it is more nutritious!)

You can microwave it for 30 seconds and enjoy it or drink it directly, depending on what everyone likes.
