It’s been a long time since my daughter had eaten octopus balls. My daughter panicked. Making it myself is convenient and affordable. You can put a lot of octopus, you can put your favorite ingredients, and you can control the amount of oil, which is delicious and healthy.

Octopus Dumplings

1. Put flour and eggs in the bowl

2. Add water, a little light soy sauce and mix well

3. Prepare corn kernels, cooked peas, chopped cabbage, diced octopus and cook, mix well with salt and pepper

4. Grease the mold and pour the 8 part batter

5. Put the octopus

6. Put in the rest of the ingredients

7. Turn 90 degrees after the bottom is shaped

8. Then pour the batter

9. Gradually round, squeeze the salad dressing, teriyaki sauce, and sprinkle with katsuobushi

Tips:

If you want to be crispy, brush the surface with more oil.
