Wonton wrappers have some skin left. I made a potato salad in the evening. I had a whim to wrap the potato salad with wonton wrappers and fry it. Don’t leave it if it tastes good.

Ingredients

1. Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high heat for 5 minutes until cooked

4. Carrots cut into small cubes

5. Boil in a pot of boiling water until broken
