Pea Glutinous Rice Cake

1. Peas, glutinous rice flour, sweet-scented osmanthus, oil, bread crumbs for later use.

2. Put the peas into the food processor and add an appropriate amount of water.

3. Beat into pea juice.

4. Put the pea juice in the microwave and heat it up slightly. Add appropriate amount of sweet-scented osmanthus sugar and mix well.

5. Add glutinous rice flour and make a dough.

6. Pour the bread crumbs into the dish.
