Pea Jelly

Ingredients needed

Mix the pea flour and water together and stir well;

Pour into the pot, turn on high heat, and stir constantly with a silicone spatula;
4.
Turn off the heat when stirring to a transparent state;
5.
Pour into a mold and let cool; (usually it takes four or five hours to cool completely)
Tips:
1. The ratio of pea flour to water is 1:10;
2. When boiling the batter, it must be boiled until it is transparent;
3. The jelly must be cooled thoroughly before demoulding;
