You must be familiar with jelly and there are many ways to eat it. Stewed noodle soup is a common practice in Gansu. It tastes good, come and learn with me!

Braised Noodle Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Pea flour is first diluted with 150 ml of cold water to form a paste.

3. Put vinegar and salt into 700 ml of boiling water in the pot.

4. Slowly pour the diluted pea paste into boiling water over medium heat, stirring constantly with a rolling pin.

5. Change the heat to a low heat and wait until the pea paste is poured into the pot and then keep stirring for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat when the pea paste is translucent in the pot.

6. When the pea paste is cooled for 1 hour, it becomes a jelly.

7. Use a sharp knife to cut the jelly in half and take out the jelly along the edge of the pot and cut into small pieces for later use.

8. Prepare your favorite vegetables and meats.

9. When the pot is hot, pour vegetable oil into the pot with chopped green onion.

10. Add the peeled diced tomatoes.

11. The tomatoes in the pot are sticky.

12. You can add Xiuzhen mushrooms or other fungi.

13. Pour boiling water over the vegetables in the pot.

14. Add salt, light soy sauce, oil, white pepper, meat, jelly, and finally sprinkle with green leafy vegetables.
After the pot is boiled, the braised powder soup is finished.

Tips:

1. When making jelly, be sure to keep stirring, if the stirring is not in place, pimple will appear and affect the taste.
2. The meat in the noodle soup is cooked.
3. Pea flour is sold on Taobao.
