Homemade Sad Jelly

Add a cup of pea flour to a cup of water and mix well to make starchy water

Add five cups of water to the pot to boil, scoop out half a cup for later use, slowly pour in the prepared starch water, stir well in the pot with chopsticks to prevent lumps

Just use chopsticks to look like this, if it’s too dry, you can add a little bit of boiling water that you scooped out before.

1. Pea flour: water = 1:1\n2. Add five times the water in the starch to the pot\n1 cup of starch + a cup of water = add 5 cups to the pot and it’s OK
