Pea Sprouts in Hot Broth

A bowl of broth was taken out of the frozen layer of the refrigerator. I even put the bowl in a basin of cold water and put it in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes before it was taken out and poured into a casserole.

Prepare the pea sprouts while heating the broth on a low heat, wash and filter the water

Tips:
1. The broth can be bone broth or chicken broth. It tastes good. After it's done, let it cool and then freeze it in the refrigerator, and take it out when eating. When I cook braised pork ribs or other dishes, I will leave some for the stock. This method is great, I can also make a bowl of good soup to drink when I get home from get off work.
2. The broth I made is tasteless. So, add some salt instead of other seasonings, it's quite delicious.
3. In addition to green vegetables, you can also put some carrots, corn, lotus root and the like, which is another good bowl of soup.
