Pea Stir-fry

The carrots are grown by themselves. They are a bit small, but a large one is enough.

Wash the carrots, peel them, and dice the pork. Other side dishes are ready.

Blanch the peas and set aside.

The carrots are also blanched and picked up for later use.

Add garlic and stir fry in hot oil, then add pork and stir-fry until it is ripe.

Add peas and carrots, stir fry, season with appropriate salt and soy sauce, and add chopped green onion at the end.

Tips:
If you want the peas to be full and not dented, just stir-fry them immediately after passing the water. It will shrink for a long time. Just as I fried it 😄 caused by too long storage time.
