Pea Stir-fry

1. Dice ham, chop green onion and garlic

2. Dice the carrots, blanch them in water to eighth and set them aside in cold water; my green peas are frozen in the refrigerator and take them out without defrosting. Boil them to eighth-ripen with water and set aside in cold water.

3. Heat the pan, put an appropriate amount of oil, heat the oil, add diced ham, and fry until golden brown

4. Add green onion and garlic until fragrant, add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir fry

5. Add the blanched carrots and peas, add a spoonful of sugar, a little salt, and stir fry for a while. Add appropriate amount of water and starch to thicken, drop a few drops of sesame oil out of the pot

6. Original flavor, bright colors
