Pea Yellow

Wash the peeled peas with water (pea with peel will affect the dry mouth, the market does not buy peeled peas, they are directly purchased on Taobao)

Add 3-4 times the amount of water (I added about 1L of water for 250 grams of beans), soak for more than 2 hours, until it soaks

Pour the soaked peas together with enough water and sugar into the pot (for convenience, I use the rice cooker for porridge cooking) and cook until the peas can be easily crushed with a small spoon. Up.

Use a cooking stick to beat the boiled peas together with the water used to make the peas into puree.

Strain the mashed peas into the wok (after filtering, it will be more delicate and taste better)

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and continue to stir fry.

Stir fry until the mashed peas becomes thick. After picking up the mashed peas with a shovel, the mashed peas drips in large chunks as shown in the picture. After dripping, the mashed peas will not immediately merge with the mashed peas in the pot, but remain constant. The shape will gradually merge with the mashed peas in the pot. When it reaches this level, turn off the fire immediately.

Pour the fried peas puree into the crisper and smooth the surface. Cover the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours until it is completely solidified and formed into a block.

Cut into pieces
Tips:
1) Pea yellow will not stick to the fresh-keeping box after solidification, so there is no need to brush oil or adopt other anti-sticking measures in the fresh-keeping box
2) The pea yellow should not be stored for a long time. The prepared pea yellow should be stored in the refrigerator and eaten within 24 hours to avoid deterioration.
