Peach crisps are my favorite food when I was young. The first work I learned to bake was peach crisps. The method was simple and there was no failure. When it came out, the house was full of fragrance. It gave me great confidence. A bite of it was crispy and sweet. It was all childhood. Memories.

Peach Crisp

1. Pour the oil, sugar, and salt into the basin at one time and stir evenly.

2. Add the eggs and continue to mix well.

3. Stir until the water and oil do not separate.

4. The walnuts are cooked and chopped in the microwave for later use.

5. Sift in low-powder, baking soda, pour in the walnuts and stir evenly with a silicone knife.

6. Stir evenly until smooth, pat into a ball, and seal and relax for about 15 minutes.

7. Knead each 20 grams into 24 small doughs.

8. Then press it into a cake and place it evenly on the baking tray.

9. Brush the surface with egg wash.

10. Brush the egg sauce purple. If you want a darker color, you can use egg yolk liquid.

11. Sprinkle black sesame seeds in the center of the pie as a garnish. Black sesame seeds should be cooked in advance.

12. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 16 minutes until the surface is golden.

13. After being released from the oven, let it cool in a sealed container.

14. Tasty and nutritious peach crisps.

15. A bite full of fragrant, crispy and sweet, all the taste of childhood.

Tips:

Different temperature settings of the oven are different, generally the surface can be colored.
