Peach Yogurt Oats
1.
Prepare a water-free glass bottle, first import a layer of oatmeal, and then import a layer of yogurt.

Sprinkle another layer of raisins.
3.
Repeat the above action until it is 2cm away from the bottle mouth (the last layer must be filled with yogurt)
4.
Add the diced canned peaches and put them in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, there is a breakfast that is not fat after eating!
