Peach Yogurt Shake

The cup of milk should be blanched with hot water to control the moisture

Add probiotics to the milk and stir with chopsticks

Stir until there are no bubbles

Put it in a yogurt maker and ferment for about seven hours

Peel and core peaches

Cut into cubes

Mix the diced peach yogurt into the juicer
