Peanut and Black Sesame Gnocchi Filling

Ingredients: 100g black sesame seeds, 40g peanuts, 30g cooked flour, 240g caster sugar, 1 tablespoon sweet-scented osmanthus, 1 tablespoon candied orange peel, 15g sesame oil

Tips:
If you like the graininess, you can also reduce the whipping time and retain some peanuts and sesame particles.
The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
