Peanut and Mixed Bean Dumplings

Soak the glutinous rice in water for half a day in advance, soak the red beans, mung beans and peanuts for half a day, and prepare some jujube paste and bean paste.

Blanch or soak the zongzi leaves in advance, and cut off the roots.

Fold the zongzi leaves into a funnel shape, and add glutinous rice, beans, and peanuts.
