Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

The butter is softened and beaten with crushed brown sugar;

Add the whole egg liquid in portions and beat until combined;

Add peanut butter and stir until it becomes fine and even;

Mix low-gluten flour with baking soda and baking powder evenly, sieve and add to butter custard, and at the same time add chocolate beans;

Use a spatula to cut and mix into a uniform dough;

Spread greased paper on the panel and squash the dough on it;

Fold the oil paper to an appropriate width, wrap the dough inside, and use a rolling pin to roll into a dough with a thickness of about 4mm;

Open the oil paper and cut off the irregular parts at both ends;

Use a knife to cut into uniform rectangular block biscuit blanks;

Carefully pick up and place in the baking tray, put it in a preheated 190 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
Tips:
If you use the ordinary brown sugar that you bought, use a rolling pin to thin it before using it, so that it will easily blend with the butter evenly;
If there are no ready-made chocolate beans, chop the chocolate into pieces;
Wrap the dough with oil paper and then operate it to make it easy to roll into regular rectangular dough pieces;
The remaining part can be hand-rolled into the corresponding shape and then baked, the effect is the same;
If you like, you can apply a layer of egg wash, sprinkle with crisps, and taste better.
