Peanut Butter Cookies

The butter is softened in advance so that fingerprints can be easily pressed.

Add granulated sugar to the butter and beat with an electric whisk until it becomes whitish and expands.

Add egg liquid and continue to beat until fluffy.

Add peanut butter and beat. Beat until the butter and peanut butter are fully integrated.

Sift in low-gluten flour.

Stir evenly with a spatula. (No dry powder is enough)

Crush them into small rounds of 15 grams each.

Press gently to flatten, and then use a fork to press it horizontally and vertically into a net.

Squeeze them all in order.

Put it in the preheated oven at 150 degrees, and bake the middle layer for about 20
Tips:
The peanut butter is made by yourself and is thicker. The addition of flour depends on the dry humidity of the peanut butter to adjust the amount. Let cool after baking before serving.
