Peanut Butter Cookies
1.
Prepare the materials
2.
Cut the butter into small pieces to soften, add sugar, and beat with a whisk at high speed for about two minutes to make the butter fluffy.
3.
Add the egg liquid in two portions and beat evenly.
4.
Continue to add peanut butter and beat evenly.
5.
Sift in low flour and mix well by hand to form a dough.
6.
Take one third of the dough, add cocoa powder, and mix well to form a dough.
7.
Place the cocoa dough on the oil-absorbing paper and gently roll it into a rectangular shape.
8.
Roll the other dough into a rectangle of the same size.
9.
Fold the two dough sheets together and gently roll them into a slightly larger dough sheet to make the two dough sheets stickier. Then cut in half from the middle.
10.
Fold the two pieces of dough together and gently roll into a slightly larger dough. Cut in half again.
11.
Repeat the previous steps to fold the two dough sheets together and roll them into a slightly larger rectangle. Use a spatula to cut off the irregular shape next to it.
12.
Cut the noodles into eight long strips and place them together with the cut side up.
13.
Spread a layer of absorbent paper and gently roll it into a thin sheet.
14.
Use a biscuit mold to press and shape. The remaining dough is re-kneaded into a ball and then rolled into a thin sheet, and pressed into a shape.
15.
Place them in a baking dish lined with absorbent paper. Put it in the preheated oven, 150 degrees, about 12 minutes. (The specific temperature and time can be flexibly adjusted according to the respective ovens)
Tips:
1. Winter butter is not easy to soften at room temperature. It can be melted in water and put in the refrigerator compartment to a paste state, and then sent.
2. If you have powdered sugar, you must use powdered sugar instead of white sugar, because white sugar is really not easy to melt.
3. Be gentle when rolling the dough, otherwise it will break easily.
4. Steps 7 to 12 want to make beautiful striped biscuits, (seemingly a failure) if you find it troublesome, you can omit it and knead the dough directly to make irregular patterns.
