Peanut Butter Muffins

An egg separates the egg white and the yolk. Add fine sugar to the egg whites.

Use a whisk to make a hard foam.

Add milk to the egg yolk.

Add the melted butter and mix well.

Sift in the middle flour and stir evenly.

Mix the egg yolk paste and the beaten egg whites and stir well.

Put it in a piping bag.

Squeeze the batter into the pot. Fry slowly on low heat. Turn it over after some bubbles appear on the surface. After turning it over, fry for a while and it will come out of the pan. Sift in powdered sugar and garnish fruits and nuts.
9.
Squeeze peanut butter on the surface and sprinkle a little peanuts. Decorate dried fruits and fruits.
