Peanut Butter Rolls

1. Put all the dough materials except butter into the bread machine, knead the dough to the expansion stage, and open the non-breakable film

2. Ferment for 40 minutes to 2-2.5 times the size. Dip the flour and poke the hole without rebounding or shrinking immediately.

3. Vent the dough, divide into 6 equal parts and round, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for about 10-15 minutes.

4. Take a portion and roll it into an oval shape, and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of homemade peanut butter.

5. Then roll into a strip, and everything from the middle is two.

6. Cut it down, roll it all up and put it into a greased 8-inch cake mold.

7. Put a pot of hot water in the oven and ferment for 40 minutes to double the size.

8. Brush the egg wash.

9. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
