Peanut Butter Shortbread

Add the softened butter to the caster sugar and beat evenly

Add the egg whites in portions, and continue to use a blender to quickly whip a creamy paste

Add peanut butter and mix well

Sift in the flour and baking soda
5.
Use a rubber spatula to mix into a uniform batter in an irregular direction

Use a small spoon to scoop an appropriate amount of batter directly on the baking tray
7.
After preheating the oven, bake at 170℃ for about 25 minutes.
