Peanut Butter Shortbread Cookies

Stir the peanut butter, oil and icing sugar evenly

Add low flour

Knead it into a dough, if it’s really dry, add some more oil

Weigh about 15 grams, knead it into small balls, then squash it, and the edges will split naturally. Handmade biscuits, all you want is different and random

Oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes
Tips:
It's very crispy, wait for it to cool before picking it up from the baking tray, handle it gently, it's easy to break.
